Tracking my diet and my progress has really been the key, though I’ve picked up a bunch of useful and simple tips/tricks along the way. But the key ingredient was a balanced approach to my diet and my exercise routine. Simply put, I now do less with better results, and I am always looking for the most efficient way of getting things done.
I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what I want to do in life, going from one job to another (in the typical Office Space cubicle environment) - and I realized that it's time to take action and really do something I love that allows me to help people. I am certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine - however, I wanted to take my knowledge and apply it to online clients as well, as I feel I can save them invaluably on time spent researching every piece of nutrition and training advice. Instead, I can free up so much of your time by implying the principles of training that work efficiently and effectively.
I am in love with strength training. The discipline involved has gotten me past some really hard times – and has taught me a lot about myself, especially regarding my constant development of patience, focus, and understanding what I want out of life, as well as what I don't want. These tools are crucial in leading a healthy and sustainable lifestyle - and can be applied to anything.
My main goal in life is to help other people achieve their goals in the most enjoyable way possible, whether it is strength training, or just getting in better overall shape. I've spent a lot of time soul searching, and I feel this is my calling.
